摘要
汽车底部结构复杂对整车风阻的影响较大,优化汽车底部流场结构对改善整车风阻特性有重要意义。以空气动力学数值模拟为前期开发工具,为优化某SUV车型的底部流场结构,完成了其气坝、后轮导风板、侧挡板方案的设计及分析。并对设计方案进行实车试验验证,结果表明该车型添加底部空气动力元件后整车风阻可降低约4.2%,减阻效果明显。
The chassis has great influence on the vehicle wind resistance.The optimization of the vehicle bottom flow field structure is of great significance to improve wind resistance characteristics.In this paper,the numerical simulation has been used to optimize the bottom flow field structure of a SUV and the air dam,the rear wheel guide plate and the side baffle have been designed.The test results show that the model after adding aerodynamic components at the bottom of the vehicle aerodynamic drag coefficient decreased by 4.2%that effect is remarkable.
