中职教育的技术应用型人才培养对于国家和社会的发展是非常重要的。对中职教育的技术应用型人才培养思路及具体的教学模式进行分析,明确了培养技术应用型人才的中职教育的宗旨是增加学生就业的核心教育理念。通过中职教育中技术应用型人才的培养方案及实践,完成了人才的培养工作。

The training of technical application-oriented talents in secondary vocational education is very important for the development of the country and society.This paper analyzes the train of thought and specific teaching mode of technical application-oriented talents in secondary vocational education,and makes it clear that the purpose of training technical application-oriented talents in secondary vocational education is to increase students' employment.Through the training program and practice of technical applied talents in secondary vocational education,the training work of talents is completed.
