Reform and Exploration of the"Double Tutor+Craftsman"Tutor System Talents Training Mode for Higher Vocational Machinery Major Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

对现有高职机械专业人才培养模式进行分析,找出存在的问题,提出了基于校企合作的高职机械专业“双导师+工匠型”导师制人才培养方案,为此类人才的培养进行了积极的改革与探索。

This paper analyzes the existing training mode of mechanical specialty in higher vocational colleges,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the training scheme of"double tutor+craftsman"tutor system of Higher Vocational Machinery Specialty Based on the cooperation between school and enterprise,and makes positive reform and exploration for the training of such talents.
