等半径角向定位鼓形花键的工艺方法研究

摘要 从鼓形花键齿轮的结构特点出发,对鼓形花键齿轮进行数学模型解析,对数控滚齿机加工鼓形齿轮工作原理进行分析,通过使用YK3120数控滚齿机,从加工工艺入手,对加工设备及所使用的刀具计算摆动角度及起始点位置,滚刀中心高位置和刀具起点位置确定等方面确定鼓形齿轮加工方案,对鼓形花键齿轮的工作原理、结构特点、加工特点及方法进行了分析,得出:在相同参数一致时,改变刀具转速,能提高齿轮的加工精度,保证鼓形齿轮的齿形、齿向以及齿面粗糙度,而鼓形齿轮的齿形误差检测受加工基准与检测基准影响,由于鼓形齿轮可以微分位不同变为薄片齿轮的叠加,因此在检测过程中必须保证基准与检测基准一致。 Starting from the structural characteristics of the drum spline gear,this paper analyzes the mathematical model of the drum spline gear,and analyzes the working principle of the CNC hobbing machine for processing the drum gear.By using yk3120 CNC hobbing machine,starting from the processing technology,it calculates the swing angle and the starting point position of the processing equipment and the tools used,The working principle,structural characteristics,processing characteristics and methods of the drum spline gear are analyzed.It is concluded that when the same parameters are consistent,changing the tool speed can improve the processing accuracy of the gear,ensure the tooth shape,tooth direction and tooth surface roughness of the drum spline gear,The tooth profile error detection of drum gear is affected by machining datum and detection datum.Because the drum gear can be changed into the superposition of sheet gear with different differential position,the datum and detection datum must be consistent in the detection process.
