慢性HBV感染免疫耐受期发生机制及治疗进展

Progress in pathogenesis and treatment of chronic HBV infection in immune tolerance period

慢性HBV感染是世界面临的主要公共卫生问题之一。由于机体免疫系统与病毒间存在不同的状态,患有慢性HBV感染的人可能会有不同的临床结局,其中较为特殊的是人体对HBV感染的免疫耐受。临床上目前对于乙型肝炎免疫耐受期(IT-CHB)的患者是否应该抗病毒治疗存在争议。本文就有关免疫耐受期产生的机制以及抗病毒治疗存在焦点问题进行综述。

Chronic HBV infection is one of the major public health problems in the world.Because of the different immune systems and virus states,the clinical outcome of chronic HBV infection may be different,especially the immune tolerance to HBV infection.At present,there is controversy about whether antiviral therapy should be used in patients with hepatitis B immune tolerance(IT-CHB).This article reviews the mechanism of immune tolerance and the focus of antiviral therapy.
