突发公共卫生事件背景下的高职学生社会责任教育--基于责任伦理视角

Research on Social Responsibility Education of Higher Vocational Students Under the Background of Public Health Emergencies--From the Perspective of Responsibility Ethics

从突发公共卫生事件背景下高职学生的社会责任生成入手,分析了高职学生的服从责任、自我保护责任、约束自己行为的责任、参与志愿活动的责任。社会化育提升责任认知,重点解决"不知"问题;学校训育增强责任能力,重点解决"不能"问题;家庭养育锤炼责任意志,重点解决"不愿"问题;自我教育促成责任成为,重点解决"不行"问题。突发公共卫生事件背景下,为学生实现社会责任提供机会和必要防护措施,实现社会责任要力所能及,要对高职学生的社会责任实现情况进行合理评价。

This paper analyzes the four responsibilities of college students under the background of public health emergencies--the responsibility of obedience,the responsibility of self-protection,the responsibility of restraining their own behavior and the responsibility of participating in voluntary activities.Socialization education promotes the responsibility cognition and focuses on solving the problem of"ignorance";the school discipline strengthens the responsibility ability and focuses on solving the problem of"inability";family upbringing tempers the responsibility will and focuses on solving the problem of"unwillingness";self-education promotes responsibility and focuses on solving the problem of"no way".Under the background of public health emergencies,college students’responsibility realization should be reasonably evaluated in order to provide opportunities and necessary protection measures for the realization of social responsibility within their reach.
