摘要
商业秘密是企业的关键财产权,管理实践中越来越多的企业逐步明确其商业秘密战略,学术研究中越来越多的成果呈现出来,目前研究成果比较分散,缺乏系统性的整合框架,对这一领域的研究进行梳理,具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章基于Web of Science数据库,检索得到了420篇期刊论文样本,采用Citespace软件绘制科学知识图谱,兼顾到CNKI中的中文文献,分析结果表明,主要研究群体在北美、欧洲和中国,主要关注点为商业秘密战略选择的影响因素、保密措施和绩效,潜在发展方向是更丰富的学科交叉、保护和开放的平衡、商业秘密战略的影响等,结合国内知识产权制度环境和智能时代新的技术现象带来的挑战,给出了今后研究的议题。
Trade secrets are the key property rights of enterprises.In the management practice,more and more enterprises gradually clarify their trade secret strategies.More and more achievements in academic research are presented.So far the research results are relatively scattered and lack a systematic integration framework.To sort out the research in this field has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the Web of Science database,420 journal papers were retrieved as samples,and Citespace software was used to draw a scientific knowledge map.The analysis results showed that the main research groups are in North America,Europe and China,taking into account the Chinese literature in CNKI.The main concerns are the influencing factors of trade secret strategy selection,confidentiality measures and trade secret strategy performance,the potential development directions are interdisciplinarity in depth,balance of protection and openness,influence of trade secret strategy.This article gave topics for future research,combining the domestic intellectual property system environment and the challenges brought about by new technological phenomena in the intelligent era.
