益心通脉膏方治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Yixin Tongmai Cream in Treating the Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Artery Disease

目的观察益心通脉膏方治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛(SAP)的疗效及对病人血脂代谢、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2018年12月于广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院心血管病门诊及住院部治疗的SAP痰瘀互结证病人50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,最终纳入临床观察病例共47例,其中治疗组23例,对照组24例。对照组予西药规范化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益心通脉膏方辅助治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效,观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂及CRP水平变化。结果治疗后,治疗组心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组心电图疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药规范化治疗基础上加用益心通脉膏方治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病SAP,可明显改善病人心绞痛症状及中医证候,降低TC、LDL-C、CRP水平。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yixin Tongmai Cream in improving the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris(SAP)of coronary artery disease,as well as the effect of blood lipid metabolism and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods Fifty SAP patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.A total of 47 patients were included for clinical observation,including 23 cases in treatment group and 24 cases in control group.The patients in control group were treated with standardized western medicine,and the patients in treatment group were treated with Yixin Tongmai Cream on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The curative effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,integral of TCM syndrome,serum lipid,and CRP content in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome in treatment group were significantly better than those in observation group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in electrocardiogram efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,serum total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and CRP levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard western medicine combined with Yixin Tongmai Cream for treatment of SAP patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can improve TCM s yndromes,reduce TC,LDL-C,and CRP levels.
