摘要
通过对1 H 1 HCOSY谱的分析 ,鉴定了两个同分异构体吲哚衍生物取代基团的位置 ,并对其氢谱进行了分析 ,对其谱峰进行了归属 .比较了一系列吲哚衍生物类似物的的氢谱 ,发现其氢谱呈现一定规律 ,并分析了其原因 .
Indole derivatives are important pharmaceutical compounds often used for anti-anxiety treatments. In this study, the structures of a serials of indole based compounds were determined by \{\}1H, \{\}1H-1H COSY, MS-FAB, IR and element analysis. The \{\}1H chemical shifts of the compounds were assigned. The positions of the substitute groups were determined by \{\}1H-1H COSY. The \{\}1H chemical shifts of different indole derivatives were compared.
