地方本科院校教师教学投入行为调查与分析--以湖北省属本科院校为例 被引量:5

Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation of Teachers'Input in the Teaching Work of Local Universities--Based on the Investigation of Six Universities in Hubei Province

摘要 教师作为高校教学工作的主体,其教学投入水平直接影响着高校育人目标的实现,关系到高校人才培养质量这一根本问题。教师本科教学工作投入既包括客观教学工作量上的投入,也包括课外自主性教学工作的投入。本研究以湖北省属地方本科院校为例,主要从教师个人资源分配的角度,考察了不同个体特征教师在备课、课时量等课堂教学工作的投入情况,以及课外学生交流答疑、教学交流讨论和教学研究等课外自主性教学工作的投入情况。结果显示,地方本科院校教师教学工作任务量整体适中、备课时间较为充分,但在课外自主性教学工作投入中存在结构性不足等问题。提升教师教学投入水平需要教师自身转变教学发展观念,提升教学发展的基本能力,同时还需要从学校层面构建教师教学工作投入的支持体系。 As the main body of teaching work in universities, the level of teachers’ teaching investment has a direct impact on the realization of the goal of education in universities, which is related to the quality of personnel training in universities.Teachers’ investment in undergraduate teaching includes both objective teaching workload and Extracurricular Autonomous Teaching.This study takes local undergraduate universities in Hubei Province as an example, mainly from the perspective of teachers’ personal resource allocation, to investigate the different individual characteristics of teachers’ classroom teaching work investment, such as lesson preparation and class hours, as well as extracurricular students’ communication and question answering, teaching communication and discussion, teaching research and other extracurricular autonomous teaching work investment.The results show that the amount of teaching tasks is moderate and the time for preparing lessons is sufficient, but there are structural deficiencies in the Extracurricular Autonomous teaching work.To improve the level of teachers’ teaching investment, teachers need to change the concept of teaching development, improve the basic ability of teaching development, and construct the support system of teachers’ teaching investment from the school level.
