中小学劳动教育的国际经验及启示 被引量:13

The International Experience of Labour Education in Elementary and Middle Schools

摘要 中小学劳动教育是促进学生全面发展、实现青少年素质整体提升的重要途径。从国际上看,目前德国、美国、英国以及日本等国的中小学劳动教育重点关注政策、课程、实施方式、考核与评价等方面,并注重实践与多方合作。以此为借鉴,我国应立足于劳动教育的传统资源和现实条件,以正确的劳动观与劳动教育观引领中小学劳动教育实践。通过完善劳动教育立法与政策,加强课程建设,完善现代职业教育体系,发挥其劳动教育功能,推动家庭、学校与社会多元合作,改进中小学劳动教育的评价机制等手段,推动劳动教育的顺利实施。 Labour education is an important content of elementary and middle school education,and a key way to train people to achieve fully development in the new era.The labor education in Germany,the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan focuses on policies,courses,implementation methods,assessment and evaluation,and practice and multi-cooperation.Based on international experience,and traditional resources and realistic conditions of labor education,China should lead the practice of labor education in primary and secondary schools with appropriate concepts of labor and labor education.Chinese labour education should focus on helping students establish a scientific outlook on labour education by improving the legislation and policy framework of labour education,strengthening curriculum construction and constructing a curriculum implementation framework.It also should support the development of labour education by improving the modern vocational education system,promoting multi-cooperation among families,schools and society,improving the evaluation mechanism of labour education in primary and secondary schools and other methods,so as to promote the implementation of labour education and achieve practical results.
