摘要
目的分析青海高原养路工人维生素D水平及其影响因素。方法采用随机整群抽样的方式抽取707名青海高原各公路段养路工人,采用电化学发光法检测血清25(OH)D3水平。统计养路工人的一般资料,分析血清25(OH)D3水平的影响因素。结果707名养路工人25(OH)D3的平均值为(22.56±9.09)ng/mL,维生素D严重缺乏、缺乏、不足、充足占比分别为5.94%、37.20%、38.61%、18.25%。海拔>2800~3600 m养路工人的25(OH)D3水平高于海拔>1800~2800 m及海拔>3600 m,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性的25(OH)D3水平高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);摄入鸡蛋<4个/周养路工人的25(OH)D3水平高于摄入鸡蛋≥4个/周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,海拔、性别、饮食情况为影响青海高原一线养路工人血清25(OH)D3水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论高原养路工人维生素D1水平普遍偏低,充足率低下,海拔、性别、饮食情况为影响青海高原一线养路工人血清25(OH)D3水平的主要因素。
Objective To analyze the vitamin D level and its influencing factors of road maintenance workers in Qinghai plateau.Methods A total of 707 road maintenance workers in Qinghai plateau were selected by random cluster sampling,and the serum 25(OH)D3 level was detected by electrochemiluminescence method.The general data of the road maintenance workers were collected and the influencing factors of serum 25(OH)D3 level were analyzed.Results The mean value of 25(OH)D3 in 707 road maintenance workers was(22.56±9.09)ng/mL,and the proportions of severe deficiency,deficiency,insufficiency and sufficiency of vitamin D were 5.94%,37.20%,38.61%and 18.25%,respectively.The level of 25(OH)D3 of road maintenance workers with altitude>2800-3600 m were higher than that of workers with altitude>1800-2800 m and altitude>3600 m,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of 25(OH)D3 in male was higher than that in female,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of 25(OH)D3 in road maintenance workers who consumed<4 eggs/week was higher than that consumed≥4 eggs/week,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that altitude,gender and diet were the main factors influencing serum 25(OH)D3 level of first-line road maintenance workers in Qinghai plateau(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of vitamin D of road maintenance workers in the plateau is generally low,and the adequacy rate is low.Altitude,gender and diet were the main factors affecting the serum 25(OH)D3 level of first-line road maintenance workers in Qinghai plateau.
