乌拉地尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压急症的效果及对不良反应发生情况的影响

Effect of urapidil combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertensive emergencies and its influence on adverse reaction

目的研究乌拉地尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压急症的效果及对不良反应发生情况的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月陕西省人民医院收治的62例老年高血压急症患者,根据简单随机化法将其分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予乌拉地尔治疗,观察组给予乌拉地尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗。比较两组的血压、心率、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的收缩压、舒张压及心率均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压急症患者具有较高的有效性和安全性,可促进患者病情改善。

Objective To study the effect of urapidil combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertensive emergencies and its influence on adverse reaction.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with hypertensive emergencies admitted in Shaanxi provincial people's hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urapidil,and the observation group was treated with urapidil combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets.The blood pressure,heart rate,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets has higher efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with elderly hypertensive emergencies,which can promote the improvement of patients'condition.
