袋鼠式护理干预对早产儿体格发育及静脉穿刺疼痛的影响

Effects of kangaroo mother care intervention on physical development and venipuncture pain in premature infants

目的探讨袋鼠式护理(KMC)干预对早产儿体格发育及静脉穿刺疼痛的影响。方法将我院收治的早产儿100例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予KMC干预。比较两组神经行为评分、体格发育情况、疼痛评分、住院时间及母乳喂养率。结果试验组出生3、10、30 d的神经行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后1个月,两组的头围、体重和身长均显著增加,且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。穿刺时,两组的NIPS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);穿刺后30、60 s,两组NIPS评分显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的住院时间短于对照组,母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿实施KMC干预可降低静脉穿刺疼痛程度,促进早产儿体格发育,缩短其住院时间,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore the effects of kangaroo mother care(KMC)intervention on physical development and venipuncture pain of premature infants.Methods A total of 100 premature infants admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group using random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given KMC intervention on the basis of the control group.The neurobehavioral score,physical development,pain score,hospitalization time and breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The neurobehavioral scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group on the 3,10 and 30 d after birth(P<0.05).One month after nursing,the head circumference,weight and length of the two groups significantly increased,and those of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).At puncturing,there was no significant difference in NIPS score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 30 and 60 s after puncture,the NIPS score of the two groups decreased significantly,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the breastfeeding rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion KMC intervention in premature infants can reduce the pain degree of venipuncture,promote the physical development of premature infants,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the breastfeeding rate.
