医护一体化护理模式对前列腺电切术患者预后康复的促进作用

Promotion effect of the prognosis and rehabilitation of the integrated nursing model of medical care in patients undergoing prostatectomy

目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对前列腺电切术患者预后康复的促进作用。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月在我院行前列腺电切术的100例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理模式。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、心理状态、并发症发生情况、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生活质量各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的护理满意度为80.00%,低于观察组的96.00%(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式应用于前列腺电切术患者中,有利于减少术后并发症的发生,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,加快术后预后康复,具有良好的临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the promotion effect of the prognosis and rehabilitation of the integrated nursing model of medical care in patients undergoing prostatectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent prostatectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random digital table method.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted the integrated nursing model of medical care.The recovery,psychological state,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The bladder washing time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%,which was lower than 96.00%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing model of medical care applied in patients undergoing prostatectomy is conducive to reducing postoperative complications,relieving anxiety and depression of patients,accelerating postoperative prognosis and rehabilitation,which has good clinical promotion significance.
