多学科团队协作护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复和生活质量的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary team nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy

目的探讨多学科团队协作护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月于我院行乳腺癌根治术的96例患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与多学科组,各48例。对照组给予常规专科护理,多学科组在对照组基础上给予多学科团队协作护理。比较两组患者干预前、后的康复效果及生活质量。结果干预后,多学科组前屈、后伸、内收、外展、内旋及外旋角度的肩关节活动度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,多学科组的SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术患者术后给予多学科团队协作护理,能够有效促进术后肩关节功能恢复,提高术后生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary team nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods Ninety-six patients who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were divided into control group and multidisciplinary group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine specialist nursing,and the multidisciplinary group was given multidisciplinary team nursing on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,flexion,extension,adduction,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation angles of shoulder joint mobility in the multidisciplinary group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 score in the multidisciplinary group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team nursing for patients undergoing radical mastectomy can effectively promote postoperative shoulder function recovery and improve postoperative quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
