护理质量指标控制在急诊血液净化护理质量提升中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing quality index control in improving the nursing quality of emergency blood purification

目的研究护理质量指标控制在急诊血液净化护理质量提升中的应用效果。方法纳入2018年1月至12月急诊科收治的45例拟行血液净化治疗的患者为对照组(常规护理质量管理方法),2019年1月至12月急诊科收治的45例拟行血液净化治疗的患者为研究组(护理质量指标控制方法)。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的专业发展、护理技能、领导能力、人际交往、咨询和教育、法律和伦理、科研思维和能力评分、分诊准确率、复检指标评估及时率、护理记录合格率、护理满意度各项评分及总分高于对照组,护理缺陷事件和并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将护理质量指标控制应用于急诊血液净化管理中,可提升护理人员核心能力和患者的护理满意度,降低护理缺陷事件和并发症的发生风险。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing quality index control in improving the nursing quality of emergency blood purification.Methods A total of 45 patients admitted in the emergency department from January to December 2018 who were scheduled for blood purification treatment were included as control group(conventional nursing quality management method),and 45 patients admitted in the emergency department from January to December 2019 who were scheduled for blood purification treatment were included as research group(nursing quality index control method).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of professional development,nursing skills,leadership,interpersonal communication,consultation and education,law and ethics,research thinking and ability,the accuracy of triage,the timely rate of re-examination index evaluation,the qualified rate of nursing records,and the scores and total score of nursing satisfaction of the research group were higher than those in the control group,while the total incidences of nursing defect events and complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing quality index control applied in the management of emergency blood purification can improve the core competence of nursing staff and the nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the risk of nursing defect events and complications.
