多参数融合下智能刮煤器在麻地梁选煤厂的设计与应用

摘要 本文简述的皮带运输辅助设备常用清扫器存在的缺陷和改进思路,设计出基于s7_200smart作为控制单元的清扫器,运用现有设备数据,采取的方式,实现清扫器刀片加压、皮带运行、烟雾与粉尘检测、沿线风水喷雾联动功能。杜绝了漏检,压力自动调整,减少了皮带磨损。与公司环网相联,实现了数据共享。 This article briefly describes the defects and improvement ideas of the commonly used cleaners for belt transportation auxiliary equipment,and designs a cleaner based on s7_200smart as the control unit.Using existing equipment data,the method is adopted to realize the cleaner blade pressurization and belt operation,Smoke and dust detection,Feng Shui spray linkage function along the line.Elimination of missed inspections,automatic pressure adjustment,reducing belt wear.It is connected with the company's ring network to realize data sharing.
