摘要
受一带一路等大工程影响,搅拌车市场在2018年至2020年迅速扩张,筒体是搅拌车中重要的部件,由于其制造工艺的问题,组对后偏差较大,目前行业主流方法为半自动化二氧化碳气体保护焊,自动化埋弧焊,在焊接过程中均需要人工干预和调整,劳动强度较大、效率不高。本文提出了应用视觉识别技术实现筒体全自动、智能化焊接的方案,解放了人工、效率得以大幅度提升。
Affected by major projects such as the Belt and Road Initiative,the mixer truck market had expanded rapidly from 2018 to 2020.The mixing drum is an important part of the mixer truck.Due to its poor manufacturing process,the deviation after assembly is relatively large.The current industry mainstream method For semi-automatic carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and automatic submerged arc welding,manual intervention and adjustment are required during the welding process,which is labor-intensive and inefficient.This article puts forward a scheme of applying visual recognition technology to realize fully automatic and intelligent welding of the cylinder,which frees up labor and greatly improves efficiency.
