0.1%糠酸莫米松在儿童特应性皮炎维持治疗中的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 0.1%mometasone furoate in the maintenance treatment of atopic dermatitis in children

目的:观察0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏在儿童特应性皮炎维持治疗中的临床效果。方法:将127例特应性皮炎患儿随机分为治疗组64例和对照组63例,两组患儿在相同治疗方案控制皮疹后,对照组患儿仅用润肤剂维持,治疗组患儿在润肤剂日常护理基础上继续予0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,每周2次,分别在1~3周后观察治疗效果。结果:维持治疗后第1周治疗组复发2例,对照组4例,显效率分别为96.88%和93.65%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。维持治疗后第2周治疗组复发3例,对照组10例,显效率分别为95.31%和84.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第3周治疗组复发5例,对照组18例,显效率分别为92.19%和71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在儿童特应性皮炎的治疗中,润肤剂和外用激素的使用能较快改善患儿症状,每周2次使用0.1%糠酸莫米松软膏维持治疗能有效减少特应性皮炎病情的反复,建议维持治疗3~4周。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of 0.1%mometasone furoate cream in the maintenance treatment of atopic dermatitis in children.Method 127 children with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group with 64 cases and the control group with 63 cases.After controlled the rash with the same treatment plan,the children in the treatment group were treated with 0.1%mometasone furoate cream twice a week in addition to the daily care of emollients,while the children in the control group were only maintained with emollients,and the therapeutic effects were observed after 1-3 weeks.Results There were 2 recurrent cases in the treatment group and 4 recurrent cases in the control group in the first week after maintenance treatment,the significant efficiency was 96.88%and 93.65%respectively,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there were 3 recurrent cases in the treatment group and 10 recurrent cases in the control group in the second week after maintenance treatment,the significant efficiency was 95.31%and 84.13%respectively,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);in the third week,5 recurrent cases recurred in the treatment group and 18 recurrent cases in the control group,with significant efficiency of 92.19%and 71.43%respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of children's atopic dermatitis,the use of emollients and external hormones can improve the symptoms of children quickly.The maintenance treatment of 0.1%mometasone furoate ointment twice a week can effectively reduce the recurrence of atopic dermatitis.It is recommended to maintain for 3-4 weeks.
