肺源性心脏病患者缺氧诱导因子-1a与氧分压及肺动脉压的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between hypoxia inducible factor-1a and arterial oxygen partial pressure and pulmonary arterial pressure in patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:探讨慢性肺源性心脏病(Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease,CPHD)患者血清缺氧诱导因子1a(HIF-1a)与动脉氧分压及肺动脉压的相关性。方法:共选取20例于2019年4月~2019年12月收治的肺心病患者作为观察组,同期20例体检的健康人作为对照组。测定两组血清HIF-1a、动脉氧分压及肺动脉压,并研究其临床相关性。结果:观察组血清HIF-1a表达水平与肺动脉压力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而动脉氧分压(PaO_(2))低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),经Pearson相关分析显示,血清HIF-1a水平与PaO_(2)呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.842,P<0.01),与肺动脉压呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.9,P<0.01)。结论:肺心病患者肺动脉压及血清HIF-1a增高,而动脉氧分压降低,HIF-1a水平与肺动脉压正相关,与氧分压负相关,有利于对肺心病患者病情进行全面判断。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum hypoxia inducible factor 1A(HIF-1a)and arterial oxygen partial pressure and pulmonary artery pressure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Method 20 patients with cor pulmonale who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 20 healthy people who were examined in our hospital at the same time as the control group.The serum HIF-1a,arterial oxygen partial pressure and pulmonary artery pressure were measured and their clinical correlation was studied.Results The level of serum HIF-1a and pulmonary artery pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of serum HIF-1a was negatively correlated with PaO_(2)(r=-0.842,P<0.01),and positively correlated with pulmonary artery pressure(r=0.9,P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the control group,the pulmonary artery pressure and serum HIF-1a in the observation group were relatively higher,while the arterial oxygen partial pressure was relatively lower.The level of HIF-1a may be positively correlated with the pulmonary artery pressure,negatively correlated with the arterial oxygen partial pressure,which is helpful to make clinical judgment on the condition of patients with cor pulmonale.
