EPC工程总承包模式在我国已得到广泛应用,但总承包商仍缺乏EPC模式项目管理的整体概念和团队意识的应用,难以充分利用EPC模式的领先优势,导致在项目集成管理的层次低,工程造价管理分割化,本文主要阐述了EPC项目的优缺点,以及项目全过程的风险控制措施。从各个角度进行详细的分析,为调查EPC项目建设的全过程造价控制提供参考依据。

EPC project general contracting model has been widely used in China,but the general contractor still lacks the overall concept of EPC project management and the application of team consciousness.It is difficult to make full use of the leading advantages of EPC model,resulting in low level of project integration management and segmentation of project cost management.This paper mainly expounds the advantages and disadvantages of EPC projects and the risk control measures in the whole process of the project.The detailed analysis from various angles provides reference for the whole process cost control of EPC project construction.
