与传统项目相比,PPP模式有其自身的优势,尤其是在基础设施领域的投资、建设、运营过程。PPP模式投资控制与传统模式有较大区别,同时造价控制新问题层出不穷,在对PPP项目投资控制存在的问题梳理、分析的基础上提出针对PPP项目投资控制的策略和办法。

Compared with traditional projects,PPP model has its own advantages,especially in the process of investment,construction and operation in the infrastructure field.There are great differences between the investment control of PPP model and the traditional model,and new problems of cost control emerge one after another.On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing problems of the investment control of PPP projects,this paper puts forward the strategies and methods for the investment control of PPP projects.
