“碳达峰”是我国积极应对气候变化的国策,也是基于科学论证的自主承诺;“碳中和”是从我国国情实际出发的行动目标,也是高瞻远瞩的长期发展战略。这意味着,我国将持续发展风力发电和太阳能发电等新能源产业,这对于风电行业来说未来有广阔的发展前景。国家对安全生产重视程度越来越高,要求也越来越严格,如何做好风电项目建设过程中的安全管理是每个建设单位必须重点考虑的问题,本文对上海之恒新能源有限公司预收购的山西右玉50MW风电项目建设过程中的安全管理进行分析与总结,探讨风电项目建设安全管理的重点和难点。

"Carbon peaking"is China's national policy to actively respond to climate change,and it is also an independent commitment based on scientific evidence;"Carbon neutrality"is an action goal based on China's actual conditions,and it is also a long-term development strategy with foresight.This means that China will continue to develop new energy industries such as wind power and solar power,which has broad development prospects for the wind power industry in the future.The state is paying more and more attention to safety in production,and the requirements are becoming more and more stringent.How to do a good job in safety management during the construction of wind power projects is a key issue that every construction unit must consider.This paper analyzes and summarizes the safety management of the 50MW wind power project in Shanxi Youyu pre-acquired by Shanghai Zhiheng New Energy Co.,Ltd.,and discusses the key points and difficulties of the safety management of wind power project construction.
