政府激励装配式建筑开发的影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Government Incentive to Prefabricated Buildings Development

通过对各地政府政策及相关文献的研究,以装配式建筑房地产开发商为研究对象,从产业环境、开发成本、企业能力三方面提取出影响政府激励措施的因素,建立影响因素体系。对层次分析法进行改进,并运用改进后的层次分析法,对因素重要程度进行定量分析,找出房地产开发商目前面临的困难,为政府有效激励房地产开发商加快推进装配式建筑发展提供依据。

Through the study of policies of local governments and relevant literature,this paper takes real estate developers of prefabricated buildings as the study object,extracts the factors requiring the government to take incentive measures from the aspects of industrial environment,development cost and enterprise capability and establishes the influencing factor system.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is improved,and the improved AHP is used to make a quantitative analysis of the importance of factors,and finds out the difficulties that real estate developers are currently facing,so as to provide a basis for the government to effectively encourage real estate developers to accelerate the development of prefabricated buildings.
