摘要
本文以结算文件为基础,对18栋处于不同地区、不同设防烈度以及多种建筑高度的新建高层混凝土剪力墙住宅的碳排放量进行计算、分析,得到了建筑材料生产及运输阶段、建造阶段的碳排放量指标。分析发现高烈度地区的碳排放量明显高于低烈度地区,在项目决策、设计和建造过程中,通过使用高强度材料减少材料消耗量或者通过精细管理减少材料浪费,可以有效地减少碳排放量。
Based on the settlement documents,this paper calculates and analyzes the carbon emissions of 18 newly-built high-rise concrete shear wall residential buildings in different areas,different fortification intensities and various building heights,and obtains the carbon emission indexes of the production,transportation and construction stages of building materials.It is found that carbon emissions in high intensity areas are significantly higher than those in low intensity areas.In the process of project decision-making,design and construction,carbon emissions can be effectively reduced by using high strength materials to reduce material consumption or by fine management to reduce material waste.
