高校教师科研压力分析与对策思考——以江苏高校为例 被引量:3

摘要 高校教师是国家科技创新的主力军,缓解高校教师科研压力营造良好科研氛围,对提升高校科研创新能力、实施人才强国战略具有重要意义。通过对江苏14所高校510位教师的调查发现,当前,我国高校教师科研压力主要来源于科研项目申请、科研经费审计、科研绩效考核、组建科研团队等方面,其中,教师压力感知强度与高校层次、教师年龄、教师职称等存在显著相关。为有效缓解教师科研压力,激发教师科研热情,国家应进一步明确高校科研定位,构建分级分类的高校科研体系;稳定经费投入,鼓励原始创新;探索科研服务外包制,构建社会化系统性科研服务体系;构建科研容错机制,完善国内外同行评价体系;搭建合作平台,提升教师科研综合素质。 University teachers are the main force of national scientific and technological innovation.Relieving academic pressure on university teachers and creating a good atmosphere for scientific research is of great significance for improving the university′s ability of scientific innovation and implementing the strategy of strengthening the nation through human resource development.This study has conducted a survey of 510 teachers in 14 universities in Jiangsu and has found that current academic pressure of university teachers in China mainly comes from research project application, research funds audit, performance assessment, and research team foundation, etc.There is also a significant correlation among teachers′ perceived pressure level and university standards, teachers′ age and academic title, etc.In order to effectively relieve the academic pressure on teachers and stimulate their enthusiasm for scientific research, our country should further clarify the scientific research position of university and build a hierarchical and classified university scientific research system, stabilize fund investment and encourage original innovation, explore the outsourcing system of scientific research service and construct a socialized and systematic scientific research service system, found a fault-tolerant mechanism of scientific research and improve domestic and foreign peer-review system, set up cooperation platforms and promote teachers′ comprehensive quality of scientific research.
