荷兰高等教育现状、特色及其对我国高等农业教育的启示 被引量:3

The Enlightenment of Current Situation and Characteristic of Dutch Higher Education to Higher Agricultural Education in China

摘要 荷兰的高等教育注重分类、特色发展,并注重与基础教育、职业教育相互衔接,形成了科学融通的学习立交桥,打造了自我选择、自我发展、因材施教、人人成才的成长通道。其构建的政府调控、社会参与、学校自治三方协同治理体系,让政府从微观管理走向宏观管理,形成了政府、学校、社会在教育管理上的和谐关系。荷兰在高等教育质量标准、教师聘用、学生招录、课程设置等方面国际化程度较高,做到了办学、师资、学生、课程的国际化。荷兰注重教育与经济社会对接,在人才培养结构、人才培养模式与内容、科研模式等方面做到了产学结合、产研结合,其对我国高等农业教育综合改革具有借鉴意义。 Higher education in the Netherlands pays attention to classification and characteristic development, focuses on linkage between basic education and vocational education, forms a scientific and circulated learning overpass, shapes a growth channel for students′ self-choice, students′ self-development, teaching students according to their aptitude, and exceling by students themselves.It has created the tripartite coordinated management system including government regulation, social participation, and school autonomy, leading the government stepping from micro-management to macro-management, shaping a harmonious relationship among government, school and society in education management.The Netherlands is relatively globalized in higher education quality standard, teacher employment, student recruitment, and the curriculum, achieving internalization in school running, teacher qualification, student recruitment, and curriculum.The Netherlands pays attention to the connection between education and economy society, achieves the combination of science and education and the combination of production and education from the perspectives of talent training structure, talent training model and content, and scientific research mode, which is valuable for Chinese higher agricultural education comprehensive reform.
