Research on the Construction of Young Teachers′Ethics Construction in College and Universities

随着新时代的到来,对高素质人才的需求不断增长,加强对高校青年教师师德建设的研究具有重要的现实价值。在分析高校青年教师师德建设重要性的基础上,总结分析高校青年教师师德建设存在的问题,提出促进高校青年教师师德对策建议。

With the advent of a new era,the demand for high quality teachers is increasing in the country,strengthening the construction of young teachers′ethics has important practical value.Based on the significance of the moral construction of young teachers in college and universities,this article summarizes the main problems existing in the moral construction of young teachers in college and universities,puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate young university teachers′ethics in the new era,in order to implement effective evaluation mechanism for young university teachers′ethics construction.
