可吸收线皮内间断缝合联合组织胶在输液港植入切口缝合中的临床应用 被引量:4

Clinical application of intradermal interrupted suture using absorbable medical sutures combined with tissue glue for suturing skin incision in the implantation of totally implantable venous access port

摘要 目的探讨可吸收线皮内间断缝合联合组织胶在完全植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)植入术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年4月在上海长征医院接受TIVAP植入的562例患者临床资料。根据手术切口缝合方式不同,将患者分为观察组(可吸收线皮内间断缝合联合组织胶缝合切口,n=264)和对照组(传统间断丝线缝合切口,n=298)。比较两组患者手术时间、切口愈合情况及切口瘢痕评分。结果观察组、对照组患者手术时间分别为平均(35.6±5.2) min、(36.0±5.7) min,差异无统计学意义(t=0.967,P=0.334)。观察组切口愈合情况(Z=-3.310,P=0.001)、切口瘢痕评分(4.9±0.4对4.1±0.8,t=-14.047,P<0.000 1)均显著优于对照组。结论可吸收线皮内间断缝合联合组织胶有利于TIVAP植入切口愈合,提高切口美观度,值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the application value of intradermal interrupted suture using absorbable medical sutures combined with tissue glue for suturing skin incision in the implantation of totally implantable venous access port(TIVAP). Methods The clinical data of 562 patients, who received TIVAP at the Shanghai Changzheng Hospital of China during the period from January 2018 to April 2019, were retrospectively analyzed. According to the suturing method of surgical incision, the patients were divided into study group(n=264, intradermal interrupted suture using absorbable medical sutures combined with tissue glue)and control group(n=298, intradermal interrupted suture using routine medical silk thread). The time spent for the procedure, the incision healing condition and the incision scar score were compared between the two groups. Results The mean time spent for the procedure in the study group and the control group was(35.6±5.2) min and(36.0 ±5.7) min respectively, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=0.967, P=0.334). Both the incision healing condition(Z=-3.310, P=0.001) and the incision scar score(4.9±0.4 points versus 4.1±0.8 points, t=-14.047, P<0.0001) in the study group were remarkably better than those in the control group. Conclusion For the implantation of TIVAP, intradermal interrupted suture using absorbable medical sutures combined with tissue glue is helpful for the healing of surgical incision and for the improvement of beauty degree of incision.
