吉林省自然保护地生态保护评价指标体系研究

Study on Evaluation Index Systems of Ecological Protection of Natural Reserves in Jilin Province

自然保护地是生态建设的核心载体,在维护国家生态安全中居于首要地位,其中也包括国家公园、自然保护区和自然公园。以吉林省为例,分析了自然保护地中普遍存在边界不清、管理重叠、权责不明确以及经济发展与生态保护相冲突的问题。从吉林省不同地区生态环境状况、自然生态空间、生态环境监测、人类活动状况、生态环境监管、信息管理与公众参与机制等方面选取18个指标,科学构建了吉林省自然保护地生态保护评价体系,通过熵权法计算得到评价标准并进行了结果分析,以期提高环境管理水平。

Natural reserves are the core carrier of ecological construction,the precious wealth of the Chinese nation,and an important symbol of beautiful China.They play a primary role in maintaining national ecological security.They include national parks,nature reserves and natural parks.Taking Jilin Province as an example,currently,unclear boundaries,overlapping management,unclear powers and responsibilities,and conflicts between economic development and ecological protection are common in nature reserves.Through the selection of 18 indicators for the ecological environment,natural ecological space,ecological environment monitoring,human activity status,ecological environment supervision,information management and public participation mechanism in different regions of Jilin Province,the ecological protection of natural reserves in Jilin Province is scientifically constructed.The evaluation system uses the entropy method to calculate the evaluation standards and analyze the results to improve the level of environmental management.
