摘要
湖北洪湖国家级自然保护区启动了“退垸还湖(还湿)工程”,根据退垸还湖(还湿)工程实施方案、区域生物多样性状况和《自然保护区建设项目生物多样性影响评价技术规范》,客观、科学、全面地分析和预测了工程开展与实施对洪湖国家级自然保护区生物多样性产生的影响,计算出了生物多样性影响指数。结果表明:退垸还湖(还湿)工程对湖北洪湖国家级自然保护区生物多样性影响指数值(BI)为53.2,综合影响程度为“中低度”影响。
The project of returning embankments to lakes is expected to start in Honghu National Nature Reserve.According to the implementation plan of the return to lake(Return to Wetness)project,the status of regional biodiversity and the Biodiversity of Nature Reserve Construction Project Technical Specifications for Impact Assessment,the biodiversity impact of the project on Honghu National Nature Reserve is objectively,scientifically and comprehensively analyzed and predicted.The biodiversity impact index is calculated.The results showed that the value of biodiversity impact index(BI)is 53.2,and the effect of returning the embankments to the lake(or wet)project on the biodiversity of Honghu National Nature Reserve is low level.
