乌东德库区农村移民后期产业发展暨美丽乡村建设规划与实践--以武定县花果山移民安置点为例

The Planning and Practice of Industrial Development and Beautiful Village Construction in the Later Stage of Rural Immigrants in Wudongde Reservoir Area:Taking the Huaguoshan Immigrant Resettlement Site in Wuding County as an Example

为实现库区产业高质量发展和美丽人居环境,助推乡村振兴战略的实施,以乌东德库区农村移民后期产业发展暨美丽乡村建设为切入点,提出“1个样板、2手支撑、3项目标”建设理念,分析安置点建设存在的主要问题,提出了库区移民村振兴的建设思路和规划框架,围绕绿色产业发展、乡村旅游、移民受益机制和人居环境改善方面提出具体建设措施,以实现农业增效、农村增绿、农民增收。

In order to achieve the high-quality industrial development and beautiful living environment in the reservoir area, and to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, this article takes the industrial development and the construction of beautiful villages in the later stage of rural immigrants in Wudongde reservoir area as the starting point, and proposes "1 model, 2 hands support, 3 project targets" construction concept. It analyzes the main problems in the construction of resettlement sites, puts forward the construction ideas and planning framework for the revitalization of resettlement villages in the reservoir area, and puts forward specific construction measures around green industry development, rural tourism, resettlement benefit mechanisms and improvement of the living environment, thus to realize agricultural efficiency, rural greening, and farmers’ income.
