前处理工艺对涤纶织物润湿性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 涤纶织物的润湿性能是决定织物染色、印花和后整理性能的重要因素,针对生产中不同前处理工艺加工的涤纶织物,测定了其吸水性与芯吸高度,并结合涤纶织物微观形貌和力学性能测试,分析了前处理助剂对涤纶织物吸水性与芯吸高度的影响。结果表明:液碱浓度(4 g/L)显著提高了涤纶织物吸水性能和芯吸高度,精炼剂、渗透剂和软水能够进一步提高织物润湿性能。其中,前处理工艺条件是液碱、精炼剂、渗透剂浓度分别为4 g/L、0.6 g/L、0.3 g/L,并使用软水,涤纶织物的吸水时间为1.04 s,芯吸高度为22.5 cm。 The wettability of the pre-treated polyester fabric is an important parameter,determining the dyeing,printing and finishing properties of the fabric.Especially for penetration printing,polyester fabrics are required to have excellent absorbency.The absorbency and wicking height of polyester fabrics processed by different pretreatment processes were systematically measured.Meanwhile,the influence law of pretreatment process prescription on the wettability was analyzed in combination with the morphology and mechanical property tests of fabrics.The results show that liquid alkali with the concentration of 4 g/L improved the absorbency and wicking height of polyester fabric,other auxiliaries improved the wettability of fabric.The pretreatment process conditions were as follows:when liquid alkali with the concentration of 4 g/L,refining agent with the concentration of 0.6 g/L and penetrating agent with the concentration of 0.3 g/L,the wettability of polyester fabric is best.The best wettability of polyester fabric is 1.04 s,and the wicking height can reach 22.1 cm within 30 min.
