接装纸透气度对卷烟烟气及感官质量影响的PLS回归分析

Influence of the air permeability of tipping paper on smoke chemical components and sensory quality of cigarettes by partial least squares regression

为考察接装纸透气度对常规卷烟的烟气化学成分释放量及感官质量的影响,制备了4种不同接装纸透气度(0、80、150、250 CU)的卷烟,并对烟气化学成分和感官质量进行了差异化及PLS分析评价。结果表明:随着接装纸透气度的增大,主流烟气中的CO、HCN、NH_(3)、苯酚、巴豆醛的释放量和危害性指数H呈很好的显著负相关,总粒相物、烟碱、焦油的总量和单口抽吸量有规律的线性下降,而抽吸口数增加。同时,随着接装纸透气度的增加,卷烟的感官质量呈现先增后降的趋势,且感官质量总体评价为150 CU>80 CU>0 CU>250 CU。这说明接装纸透气度对卷烟烟气的各类成分及感官质量有一定的影响。

To investigate the effects of air permeability of tipping paper on smoke chemical components deliveries and sensory quality of cigarettes,different air permeability(0,80,150,250 CU)are prepared,and their chemical components deliveries and sensory quality are studied with differentiation analysis and partial least squares(PLS)regression.The results show that the air permeability of tipping paper significantly positively correlated to the deliveries of CO,HCN,NH_(3),Phenol,crotonaldehyde and hazard index of mainstream cigarette smoke(H).And while with the increase of tipping paper permeability,TMP,nicotine and tar in cigarette mainstream smoke are regularly decreased linearly,puff count was increased.With the increase of air permeability,the sensory quality of cigarettes increased first and then decreased,and in the order of 150 CU>80 CU>0 CU>250 CU.Thus,the air permeability of tipping paper has an obvious and regular influence on smoke chemical components deliveries and sensory quality of cigarettes.
