海南省枫木地区海南风吹楠的生长及光合特性 被引量:1

摘要 为全面了解海南省枫木地区濒危植物海南风吹楠(Horsfieldia hainanensis Merr.)生长特性和光合特性,长期监测观察其生长特性,采用最新LI-6800测量其光合特性,95%乙醇提取法测定光合色素。结果表明:4~11月是枫木地区海南风吹楠株高、胸径、冠幅增长最快的时期;海南风吹楠叶面积210~330 cm^(2),叶长200~320 mm,叶宽125~150 mm,长宽比1.5~2.5,C_(LWC)68.713%~72.651%,S_(LAM)57.582~85.625 cm^(2)/g,m_(LMA)119.321~188.220 g/m^(2),AQY 0.069~0.076,Pnmax 7.277~10.384μmol/(m^(2)·s),LSP 1205.744~1778.016μmol/(m^(2)·s),LCP 11.379~15.694μmol/(m^(2)·s),Rd 0.755~1.073μmol/(m^(2)·s),叶绿素a 0.263~0.540 mg/g,叶绿素b 0.077~0.146 mg/g,类胡萝卜素0.049~0.110 mg/g;影响海南风吹楠光合参数的生长指标主要为C_(LWC)、S_(LAM)和m_(LMA)。本研究明确了枫木地区海南风吹楠的生长和雨季光合特性,为海南风吹楠的保护和回归种植提供理论依据和基础数据。 To fully understand the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of the endangered plant Horsfieldia hainanensis Merr.in the Fengmu area of Hainan,the growth characteristics of H.hainanensis Merr.was observed through long-term monitoring,its photosynthetic characteristics are measured with the latest li-6800,and the photosynthetic pigments are determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the leaves extracted with 95%ethanol.From April to November,the plant height,diameter at breast height and crown of H.hainanensis Merr.in the Fengmu area increased fast.The leaf area of H.hainanensis Merr.is 210-330 cm^(2),the leaf length is 200-320 mm,the leaf width is 125-150 mm,the aspect ratio is 1.5-2.5,the C_(LWC)is 68.713%-72.651%,the S_(LAM)is 57.582-85.625 cm^(2)·g^(-1),the m_(LMA)is 119.321-188.220 g·m^(-2),the AQY is 0.069-0.076,the Pnmax is 7.277-10.384μmol·m^(-2)·s-1,the LSP is 1205.744-1778.016μmol·m^(-2)·s-1,the LCP is 11.379-15.694μmol·m^(-2)·s-1,the Rd is 0.755-1.073μmol·m^(-2)·s-1,the Chlorophyll a is 0.263-0.540 mg·g^(-1),the Chlorophyll b is 0.077-0.146 mg·g^(-1),and the carotenoids is 0.049-0.110 mg·g^(-1).The main growth indicators that affect the photosynthetic parameters of H.hainanensis Merr.are C_(LWC),S_(LAM)and m_(LMA).The growth and photosynthetic characteristics of H.hainanensis Merr.in the Fengmu area might provide a theoretical basis for the conservation and reintroduction of H.hainanensis Merr.
