As the second generation aircraft and some old aircrafts gradually retire,the new aircrafts are put into the army one after another.To alleviate the growing supply chain inventory management problems,the article analyzes the present situation about inventory management,puts forward feasible countermeasures for the management department of aviation material in order to optimize the inventory structure and improve supply chain efficiency.
