摘要
绩效考核是企业现代化管理的必要工具,绩效薪酬激励体系的完善对于促进人才发展、提高企业管理水平具有重要意义。本文首先分析了国有企业绩效薪酬改革意义,其后详细探讨了国有企业绩效薪酬激励体系现存的一些问题,并提出了相关改革对策,以期可供参考。
Performance appraisal is a necessary tool for the modern management of enterprises.The improvement of the performance compensation incentive system is of great significance to promote the development of talents and improve the level of enterprise management.This article first analyzes the significance of performance-based compensation reform in state-owned enterprises,and then discusses in detail some existing problems in the performance-based compensation incentive system of state-owned enterprises,and proposes relevant reform countermeasures for reference.
