摘要
矿井暗立井施工时,如何优化施工工艺,提高机械化施工,降低人员劳动强度,减少复杂工艺,提高施工进度,消除火工品管理的难题,进一步降低安全管理难度。采用BMC-500型反井钻机安装塔型扩孔组合大钻头由下向上一次扩刷至掘进断面。消除常规先导孔后扩刷施工的繁杂工序,降低人员劳动强度和安全风险。利用组装好的吊盘由上到下支护和装备一体化施工,提高施工进度。实现暗立井钻、支、安一体化施工。
This paper analyzes how to optimize the construction technology,improve the mechanized construction,reduce the labor intensity of the personnel,reduce the complex technology,improve the construction progress,eliminate the problem of pyrotechnics management,and further reduce the difficulty of safety management during the construction of the blind shaft.The BMC-500 anti-well drilling rig with tower-type hole-expanding combined large bit is used to extend from bottom to top to heading section.It eliminates the complicated process of expanding and brushing construction after the conventional pilot hole,reducing labor intensity and safety risks.It utilizes the assembled hanging plate to support and equipment integrated construction from top to bottom,improve the construction progress,which realizes the integrated construction of the drilling,support and installation of the blind shaft.
