高铁车轮锻造工艺研究

摘要 为探究车轮成形工艺流程及成形参数对于高铁车轮成形质量的影响,以某型号高铁车轮为研究对象,借助ABAQUS软件,对车轮的锻造成形工艺以及压弯工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了锻造工艺参数对高铁车轮成形质量的影响。结果表明:先对加热的钢材进行普通平板镦粗,再进行终锻成形的工艺得到的车轮成形质量良好;依据车轮终锻金属流动规律确定填充效果;在压弯过程中,摩擦力对金属填充效果没有影响,由于轴向反力的增加需要提高润滑效果。 In order to explore the influence of wheel forming process and forming parameters on the forming quality of high-speed rail wheels,a certain type of high-speed rail wheel was taken as the research object.With the help of ABAQUS software,the forging forming process and bending process of the wheel were numerically simulated,and the influence of forging process parameters on the forming quality of high-speed rail wheels was analyzed.The results show that the wheel forming quality is good when the heated steel is upset by ordinary flat plate first,and then is formed by final forging.The filling effect is determined according to the flow law of wheel final forging metal.In the bending process,the friction force has no effect on the metal filling effect.The increase of the axial reaction force needs to improve the lubrication effect.
