基于物联网技术的新型智能鼻饲装置的设计与研究

摘要 鼻饲法是给不能由口进食者通过胃管供给流质饮食的方法,针对手工鼻饲推进速度不稳定,卫生安全难以保障的问题,设计一个具有温度容量检测,自动喂食,危险检测的新型鼻饲器,利用传感器模块进行信号采集,进行鼻饲过程的实时监测,温度控制,流量流速控制,同时与上位机软件进行无线蓝牙传输,通过蓝牙控制鼻饲过程,减轻护理人员工作强度,提高鼻饲效果。 Nasogastric feeding is a way to supply liquid food to people who can not eat by mouth through gastric tube.Aiming at the problems of unstable speed of manual nasogastric feeding and difficult to guarantee health and safety,a new type of nasogastric feeding device with temperature capacity detection,automatic feeding and risk detection is designed.The device uses sensor module for signal acquisition,real-time monitoring of nasal feeding process,temperature control,flow rate control,and wireless Bluetooth transmission with PC software to control the nasal feeding process,reduce the work intensity of nursing staff and improve the effect of nasal feeding.
