澳洲和牛的MSA分级及品牌鉴别

摘要 根据澳洲肉协(MLA)的数据,2020年截至11月底澳洲牛肉出口中国的总量为15.6万t,中国成为继日、美、韩之后澳洲牛肉的第四大市场。本文以澳洲和牛为例来分析雪花牛肉等级评定和常见品牌鉴别。
