摘要
以诺丽果生物碱为研究对象,采用响应面法对超声辅助提取诺丽果生物碱的工艺进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取时间、液料比、超声功率为自变量,诺丽果生物碱的得率为响应值,设计三因素三水平的响应面中心组合试验,分析不同因素对诺丽果生物碱得率的影响。得出诺丽果生物碱的最佳提取条件为提取时间38 min、液料比35∶1(mL/g)、超声功率450 W。在此条件下对试验结果进行验证,诺丽果生物碱得率为6.932 g/kg,基本与响应面模型的理论预测值相符。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of total alkaloids from the fruits of Morinda citrifolia(noni).Extraction rates of alkaloids from noni fruits were measured against varying extraction times,liquid-material ratios,and ultrasonic power.The analysis of response-surface influence of the three fac-tors on the yield revealed that the optimal extraction conditions of alkaloids were as follows:extraction time of 38 min,liquid-material ratio of 35∶1(mL/g),and an extraction power of 450 W.Verification of the test results un-der the combined optimal conditions produced an alkaloid extraction rate of 6.932 g/kg from noni fruits,which was almost consistent with the predicted value.
