Discussion on Operation and Maintenance Mode of Urban Rail Transit under Support of New Infrastructure System

当前以大数据等新兴信息技术为主导的城市轨道交通运维创新方案探索不断呈现。从当前政策形势、需求痛点、总体原则、应用场景等多个方面,对新兴信息技术在城市轨道交通行业的合理适配进行了分析。提出了以降本增效为宗旨、以组织管理为核心、以顶层设计为先导的城市轨道交通企业新型运维模式建设思路。

At present,innovative solutions of urban rail transit operation and maintenance led by emerging information technologies such as big data are constantly being explored.Reasonable adaptation of emerging information technologies in urban rail transit industry is analyzed from aspects including current policy situation,demand pain points,general principles,application scenarios.Thinking of enterprises new operation and maintenance mode construction,which takes cost reduction and efficiency increase as the purpose,organization and management as the core and top-level design as the guide,is put forward.
