摘要
宁波地铁1号线列车多次发生高速断路器异常断开且无法自动闭合的问题。在阐述了高速断路器控制逻辑原理基础上对高速断路器闭合故障的原因进行分析。经分析发现,接触器K130的主触头存在发黑现象,主触头电阻变大且不稳定。调查表明,K130主触头闭合时间小于高速断路器线圈得电持续时间,K130主触点在分断过程中由于不稳定电流及多次闭合后的恶性循环使电弧增强,从而发生烧蚀发黑。提出了在网络系统控制软件中增加K130主触头闭合时间的故障解决方案。
Closing failure of high-speed circuit breaker is occurring frequently in Ningbo Metro Line 1 train.The control logic and principle of high-speed circuit breaker is elaborated and root cause of high-speed circuit closing failure is analyzed.It is found that the main contact of K130 is blackened,and the resistance of main contact becomes larger and unstable.Investigation shows that the closing duration of K130 main contact is less than the coil electrified persistent duration of high-speed circuit breaker.K130 contact is closed frequently in unstable current and the vicious cycle after multiple closing causes higher electrical arc,therefore the main contact is blackened during the process.It is proposed to increase K130 main contact closing duration in networks system control software.
