摘要
隧道工程建设涉及的各专业单位多、管理繁杂,工程建设信息零星、分散且独立分布,造成工程数据不能互用,数据孤岛和数据交换难的现象普遍存在,增加了工程建设管理风险。为此,应用基于BIM(建筑信息模型)、GIS(地理信息系统)和IOT(物联网技术)融合的CIM(城市信息模型)概念,通过搭建工程项目的信息化管控平台,构建了工程三维数字空间的工程信息综合体,达到工程建设管理精细化、动态化、数字化、可视化的目的,提高了工程建设科学管理与决策水平,减少了工程建设管理风险。
There are many professional units involved in the construction of tunnel engineering,and the management is complicated.The construction information has the characteristics of sporadic,scattered and independent distribution,which causes the phenomenon of inability of engineering data interoperability,data islands and difficulties in data exchange,which increases the risk for engineering construction management.In order to solve the above problems,the concept of CIM(Urban Information Model)based on the integration of BIM(Building Information Model),GIS(Geographic Information System),and IOT(Internet of Things)is applied,and the project is constructed by building an information management and control platform for the project.The engineering information complex of the three-dimensional digital space achieves the goal of refined,dynamic,digital,and visualized engineering construction management,improving the level of scientific management and decision-making in engineering construction,and reduces the risk of engineering construction management.
