帕金森伴发抑郁的尾状核静息态fMRI研究 被引量:7

Magnetic resonance imaging study on functional abnormalities of caudate nucleus in depression with Parkinson's disease

摘要 目的分析帕金森病(PD)伴发抑郁(DPD)患者的尾状核功能连接改变。方法选取43例PD患者(包括21例DPD)和23例正常对照的rs-fMRI数据,比较三组间差异。结果与帕金森病非抑郁(NDPD)患者相比,DPD左侧尾状核与左侧楔前叶、顶上小叶功能连接增强;右侧尾状核与左侧枕中回、楔叶及右侧舌回、后扣带回功能连接增强。DPD右侧尾状核与右侧舌回功能连接强度与汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表(HAMD)评分呈正相关。结论DPD患者尾状核与默认网络、视觉加工网络功能连接异常。 Objective To evaluate the change of functional connectivity of bilateral caudate nucleus in depression with Parkinson’s disease(DPD).Methods Forty-three PD patients(including twenty-one DPD)and twenty-three healthy controls(HC)were included in this study.Resting state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging(rs-fMRI)data were acquired to detect the group differences.Results Compared to the NDPD patients,the DPD patients exhibited increased functional connectivity(FC)between left caudate and the left precuneu,left superior parietal lobule;increased right caudate FC with the left middle occipital gyrus,right lingual gyrus,right posterior cingulate,left cuneus.And the increased FC between the right lingual gyrus and right caudate positively correlated with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores.Conclusion The imbalanced FC between the caudate nucleus and the default mode network,visual processing network in DPD were detected.
