Being one of the conventional methods for breast screening,ultrasonography plays a vital role in diagnosis of breast cancer.Instead of traditional regiments,treatments have been converted to multimodal,phased and individualized therapies with the developments of medicine and exploration in breast disease.Meanwhile,the utilization of ultrasound counts for diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of breast lesions for the technological improvement.The article will illustrate the value of elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,Doppler and automated breast ultrasonography in the clinical practice of breast lesions.
