网络时代政党话语建构的适应性探索

An Analysis of the Adaptability of the Construction of Party Discourse in the Network Era

认为网络时代话语生态环境的权威政治解构化、政治空间透明化、个体自主能力强化、政治话语消解化对政党话语建构提出了全新要求。执政党需要从话语主体、话语内容、话语受众、话语媒介在编码环节、输出环节、接收环节和反馈环节的相互关系及其矛盾运动中,探寻和把握网络时代党的话语建构的内在逻辑及其运行规律。从提升话语主体、丰富话语内容、优化话语表达、共情话语受众、融合话语媒介五个方面探索了政党话语建构的适应性路径,以提升党的网络意识形态领导权和话语权,巩固党的执政地位。

The ecological environment of discourse in the network era,the deconstruction of authoritative politics,the transparency of political space,the strengthening of individual autonomy and the digestion of political discourse put forward new requirements for the construction of party discourse.The ruling party needs to explore and grasp the inherent logic and operation law of the party's discourse construction in the network era from the interrelationship and contradictory movement of the discourse subject,the discourse content,the discourse audience and the discourse media in the coding link,the output link,the receiving link and the feedback link.This paper attempts to explore the adaptive path of party discourse construction from five aspects:promoting discourse subject,enriching discourse content,optimizing discourse expression,empathizing discourse audience and integrating discourse media,to enhance the party's network ideological leadership and discourse power,consolidate the party's ruling position,and contribute to building a modern socialist power.
