高职院校双元学徒制的培养与研究——以工程测量专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 以工程测量专业为例,通过分析总结了双主体、双身份、双导师、双证书四个核心,明确学校为主体、企业为主导的双主体,通过校企的深度合作、双导师教学团队的构建、创新课程体系建设和培养方式等,构建高职院校工程测量专业双元学徒制培养模式,为工程测量高职教育可持续性发展提供一定的借鉴意义。 Taking engineering surveying as an example,through the analysis of the four aspects of dual subjects,dual identities,dual tutors,and dual certificates,it is clear that the school is the main dual entity led by the enterprise,and through the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,the construction and innovation of a dual tutor teaching team Curriculum system construction and training methods,etc.,build a dual apprenticeship training model for engineering surveying in higher vocational colleges,and provide a certain reference for the sustainable development of engineering surveying in higher vocational education.
